Terms of service

Draft for review by a solicitor before launch.

The service. Mission 11+ provides practice questions, lessons and progress reports to help children prepare for 11+ entrance tests. It is a study aid; we do not guarantee any test result or school place, and we are not affiliated with GL Assessment, any local authority or any school.

Accounts. Accounts are held by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over, who is responsible for the children using it. Up to four child profiles per account. Keep your sign-in email secure; sign-in links are personal to you.

Trial and plans. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial limited to one mission a day and five lessons, without timed mock papers; after the trial a paid plan is required to continue. Paid plans are billed by Stripe in pounds sterling including VAT: monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account page; the Whole Journey pass is a single payment giving two years of access. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel a new subscription within 14 days for a full refund unless you have already used the paid features, in which case we refund proportionately.

Acceptable use. Personal, non-commercial use by your family. Do not copy, resell or scrape the content, or attempt to interfere with the service.

Content and accuracy. Questions, lessons and the coach's analysis are generated in part automatically and may occasionally contain errors. Please report any you find; we correct them promptly. The coach's notes are guidance, not professional educational advice.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes. We may update these terms; we will email account holders about material changes at least 14 days in advance.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Operator: [Company name], [company number], [address].
